Refund policy

Public repositories are free. Personal and Team are flat per machine, cancel any time, and if Buildhound never ran a job for you, your first invoice comes back.

Your first invoice#
If no job ran on any of your connected machines, you can ask for a full refund of your first Personal or Team invoice within 14 days of paying it.
Cancelling#
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed. Routing then goes back to GitHub-hosted runners; nothing is deleted for 30 days.
Removing machines#
Personal and Team are priced per connected machine, counted each day and averaged over the period. Removing a machine lowers your next invoice; the current period is not prorated back.
How to ask#
Write to [billing contact email] from the email on your account, with your organisation or username. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Your statutory rights#
This policy does not limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
